Stainless Steel Scoops

I find that using stainless steel scoops to measure out muffin batter, cookie dough and truffles makes the task less messy and produces a uniform, professional result.  They have a spring loaded release that pops the batter out so none is left stuck inside.

There are three sizes that I use all the time.  I use the 3 T. size scoop for muffin and cupcake batter.  The 2 T. scoop I use for cookies and the 1 T. scoop I use for truffles.
