Pumpkin Bread

3 c. (29 oz can) pureed pumpkin

1 1/2 c. vegetable oil

4 c. granulated sugar

6 eggs

4 3/4 c. all-purpose flour

1 1/2 t. baking powder

1 1/2 t. baking soda

1 1/2 t. salt

1 1/2 t. ground cinnamon

1 1/2 t. ground nutmeg

1 1/2 t. ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour three 9×5 inch loaf pans.

In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, oil, sugar and eggs.  In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.  Stir flour mixture into pumpkin mixture until well combined.  Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans.

Bake for 45 – 1hr until the top of the loaf springs back when lightly pressed.
