Matt’s Killer Guacamole

2 large avocados

1 t.  mayo

1 T. sour cream

4 – 5 green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 t. onion powder

1 dash cayenne pepper

1 t. pureed garlic

3 tablespoons of favorite picco de gallo

Few dashes of hot sauce (Tabasco, chipotle, etc…)

3 finely diced radish

Juice of ½ lime

Scoop out avocado into a med. size bowl, roughly mash with a fork leaving some chunks.  Add all other ingredients and stir till combined but still chunky.  Garnish with leftover green onion and radishes.  Serve with tortilla chips.

Kid-friendly Hint:  This recipe has a lot going on but you can keep all the flavor but make it more kid-friendly by giving it a spin in a food processor.  I would just pulse it till it is a creamy texture, maybe 4-5 times.
