1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 t. kosher salt
1 lb. pecans halves or bits
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Grease baking sheet with oil.
In large bowl, whisk egg white until frothy. Whisk in sugar and salt until incorporated. Add pecans and toss till coated.
Pour onto greased baking sheet and spread out into a single layer of pecans.
Bake for 30 min, then stir and bake for 30 min more.
